      Pros

      I love horses and Ranch life so this is perfect fit for me in early 20's. Its hard but good work. Managers are fair.

      Cons

      Can be hot. Cost of living is high so rent can be a struggle but they have housing options

      Great experience, coworkers, and environment. Promotes a proactive mindset and hard work.

      Cons

      Scheduling can be confusing, and learning the job takes some time. Once both are understood well things work out.
