Almost secure job, Free lunch, 20$ long distance card each month (If you don't have anyone outside Canada to call them it is useless), group insurance, friendly people (not management), very good vacation (some religious -Bahai- vacation)

There is no way you can grow in this company doesn't matter how hard you work. very very poor management. There is no infraction between management and employers. Management changes their word easily. There is no work ethic. If you work extra hours for a new project don't expect they give you any kind of extra bonus, and even don't expect they thank you for being dedicated. After several years you are losing your passion working for them. There is almost no celebration (go out day) all the year (for Christmas party they pay you 20$ to eat out with your team and sometimes we go out on Feb or March) you feel so isolated.

Managers are not fully authorized, Lack of the management system. Salaries are dramatically low. 70% of employees are talking Persian. Huge difference between regular staff and the managers make them do not understand their staff situation.

Show up that you are working and that's all they need.
Cons
Poor management, VPs are only fighting with eachother. No bonus. No after hours pay. Sat and Sun work at home without even oral appreciation. The owner is no school and narcissistic.
