I worked at Grant Thornton full-time

    Pros

Excellent culture and decent remuneration package and good work/life balance compared to Big4 firms.

    Cons

Abandoned the notion of serving public company space in most practice areas across Canada, which may not have been the best move. Brand has little effect on market in Canada.
