I have been working at Government of Canada full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Benefits are great. 3 Weeks Vacation and 3 weeks of sick time, which both roll over year over year. 5 days off annually for family discretion. 1 day off for personal day and 1 day off to volunteer. I get the choice to work from home.

    Cons

Training is 16 weeks. Sometimes it is boring but it is necessary. It is a call centre environment, you will get the occasional rude caller.
