I have been working at GlaxoSmithKline full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Colleagues are good people, nice gym (has classes), cafeteria is ok (better before Sept 2017), free parking, if you like change you need to work here

    Cons

Difficulty to move to different roles within the company. Boring environment, not many young people. I have to force myself to be engaged socially. Company culture is going downhill, better jump now before it sinks

    Advice to Management

Hire people!!! You’re people are drowning!!! Doesn’t make sense to hire consultants to do all the work
