Poor prioritization and focus on many fronts - working on too much instead of prioritizing critical few leading to worse performance than necessary Focused more on reporting info up the chain than implementing countermeasures to fix problems Lack of accountability at many levels - you have to really mess up to get fired from here Lack of career advancement opportunities available above routine or improvement facilitator level poor strategic alignment - different departments working on contradicting goals Poor work-life balance (long hours - up earlier than most, home later than most, commute longer than most (if you want to live where other people live), on-call 24-7)

Pros

Core Values are Solid, Safety is a High Priority, Employees have a good package deal which drives employees to stay, administers Surveys to attempt to gauge employees satisfaction. Management is fantastic.

Cons

Long hours for higher positions. Not much mapping for moving employees on their career path.
