Pros

It is a private engineering consulting firm that offers services regarding geotechnical/environmental engineering, soil-structure interaction, and construction materials inspection and testing.

Cons

The managers were awfully incompetent and terrible planners. They assigned work randomly and expected employees to dance to their tunes. Their ridiculous behavior meant employees had no idea what they had to do the next day, leading to the worst work-life balance and exhausting work hours with minimal breaks. It was a nightmare!

Pros

Some colleagues were supportive and friendly.

Cons

The culture was absolutely vicious, with many managers and supervisors displaying an unkind attitude. The CEO seemed completely indifferent to the employees' struggles, making the situation even worse. It felt like a daily ordeal, as if you were constantly under scrutiny and criticism. The environment was not just challenging but outright hostile, which made every day feel like a grueling battle.
