I have been working at George Brown College part-time

    Pros

Not much. Just the people I work with are nice and easy to talk to.

    Cons

Stuck in a part time contract position. Never know if they will renew your contract after each semester or not. Forced to also go from campus to campus to cover shifts, instead of just sticking at one campus.

    Advice to Management

What is the point of this. They don't read these.

I have been working at George Brown College part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work-life balance - as a student employee, they work around my schedule and it's expected that school is my top priority. Great work atmosphere too.

    Cons

The pay isn't much and there are so many levels of administration that it's sometimes a bit of a headache to figure out what you're supposed to do, but that's working in a school for you.
