    Great for new students wanting to work on-campus.

    Cons

    You have to manage your time with the job and your school work as well. This job is only for full-time students at GBC.

    Pros

    -Fellow staff and faculty are generally very nice people
    -Comfortable working hours
    -Lots of other College perks

    Cons

    -Management very top down
    -Slow to adapt new practices, policies
    -St James campus very political atmosphere due to too many big-wigs stationed there. Casa Loma and Waterfront campus atmospherers MUCH more relaxed.

    Advice to Management

    Relax a bit at St James. No need to be so tense all the time.

    I have been working at George Brown College part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I was able to work with my team at the hours we were available to complete our target. GBC is very flexible in this way if you are working part-time depending on your project or area you worked with.

    Cons

    Pay is minimal and can improve
