    Cons

Old boys network still in affect at times.
Difficult to move up and to change culture with the old guard still clinging on.

Put more attention and focus on those with fresh ideas rather than trying to placate those who are close-minded.

    Pros

On campus job, flexible schedule, no evenings or weekends. There is time between sessions to do homework.

    Cons

The students are busy at the same time as you, so when you're stressed about school so are they.
