I have been working at General Motors (GM)

    Pros

Good company to work with. Good work life balance. Flexibility. Not a pressurized job all the time. You do get some high pressure days. It is good for the employees.

    Cons

Screwed up management. Some micromanagement. Management is not fair and selfish. This is why the company is going down, as the cream of the employees is not recognised well.
