    Pros

Lots of career growth and transition opportunities. Encountered many opportunities to interact with multiple departments and learn new processes. Management was always open to new ideas, and processes.

    Cons

Work-Life balance was impossible to find. The world load and office vibe was legendary, in the sense that there was no motivation.

I have been working at General Mills full-time

    Pros

Good salary and good work life balance. Great staff that works really hard and really supports each other.

    Cons

Too many managers and priorities. Top heavy with incompetent under skilled management. Lots of "it's being looked into" responses which translates to nothing will be done about it. The company is clearly no longer bottom driven. Was a great place to work when I started but has gone down hill drastically.
