Don't invest in employees development or career success, large amounts of knowledge insecurity in leadership. Everybody harbors on pre-concieved notions and operate as if their employees believe everything they say

so many job cuts yet executives gave themselves a hefty pay increase. where is the logic in that?!

Too many managers and priorities. Top heavy with incompetent under skilled management. Lots of "it's being looked into" responses which translates to nothing will be done about it. The company is clearly no longer bottom driven. Was a great place to work when I started but has gone down hill drastically.
