Pros
The coworkers I was with during the time I worked with Gap Promotions have become life long friends, we could commiserate together over the daily torture we ensued.
Cons
The owner does not trust her employees. I have never experienced as much micromanaging as I did while working for this company. Employees please beware- though the job listings look promising and the work environment looks fun, the extreme management and stress are not worth all the money in the world.

Pros
Company culture is hard to beat. Work environment is very team focused and people are always willing to share their knowledge. Leadership is willing to support at any given time. Technical and soft skill training are offered through many resources. Traveling opportunities also present itself throughout the year.
Cons
If you aren't able to balance and prioritize many projects at a given time - this is not the place for you.
