Fantastic infrastructure! Fullscript really cares about creating developer experiences that actually empower devs, rather than keeping up the bare minimum.

Cons

Other teams feel like distant blobs since we're remote-first and team names have nothing to do with their domain. However, I've never met an engineer I didn't like in any team.

It's been an amazing place to work as an engineer. The people here are lovely, and it's very evident in how the codebase is crafted. Amazing product as well!

Cons

The recent AI push was a big, aggressive but it's turned out to be the correct move as of right now. Productivity is over the roof. Let's see what happens in the near future
