    I worked at Frankie & Benny's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good training structure - given lots of information on first shift. Seems very professional at first until you see he same reoccurring.

    Cons

Shifts constantly cancelled and pay was never correct. Management would never be very helpful on getting these issues resolved either.

    Advice to Management

Don't overhire as this means no guarantee of hours for full time team members

I worked at Frankie & Benny's (More than a year)

    Pros

Colleagues were fun to work with, though stressed. A free meal is provided if you work a long enough shift, which was always delicious!

    Cons

Low pay for very long hours. Often made to work much longer shifts than I was legally allowed to, without a break. Breaks were unpaid.

Colleagues and I often had to sit around on extended (unpaid) breaks when there were few customers, waiting to be allowed to work again.

Since I was not yet an adult at that time, I was legally unable to be employed as a waitress or to go behind the bar. Instead, I was given a busser's wage, and asked to act as a waitress anyway. F&B's see no problem in exploiting young people in those ways, which could be problematic if this job is anything more then temporary for you.

    I worked at Frankie & Benny's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I really did make the best friends and they don't have any issues employing people from multicultural backgrounds

    Cons

It's literally all or nothing, you either have 70 hours a week or 10 there is really no in between, not to mention shifts being cancelled hours before they are meant to start. The uniform is incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to work in particularly on hot days.

    Advice to Management

Give a reasonable amount of hours to everyone, share them equally and if you want to save labour then do fewer shifts on the rota don't call people 2 hours. George their shift to tell them not to come in.
