For me, it's worth earning a few dollars less per lesson to have someone else take over the burden of advertising, sending invoices, and securing pre-payment. It's also wonderful to have a mediator available to assist with any issues that might arise between teachers and clients. I love the flexibility that Forbes provides me. They've been able to fill my schedule with amazing students. The families I teach are wonderful, and Curtis, my direct supervisor, is not only an effective leader, but he also is super encouraging, and very helpful.
