Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Fluenta full-time for more than a year
Pros
- flat hierarchy - opportunities to take ownership - 10% flexible benefits (e.g. for pension or health insurance) - nice location - modern, open space office
Cons
- too much focus on processes and checklists means that the fun entrepreneurial spirit has been lost - heads-down atmosphere, no encouragement to interact with colleagues and no response by management when social activities are suggested - alright for lone wolves who do not mind speaking a word with anybody all day - bullish behaviour is tolerated by management even when pointed out repeatedly due to clear favouritism

Negative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Fluenta full-time
Pros
I guess you could call it 'dynamic' but that's just a different word for chaotic
Cons
Driven by a bewildering lack of understanding of development and engineering by the owner. I suspect it is in a terminal death spiral now and it won't be long until the Cambridge office is closed, and the long-term survival of Fluenta other than as a brand name is uncertain.
