      Pros

      Fluency is nothing like I've experienced before and it'll be hard to beat if I ever have to leave. Our leaders truly care about making this such a great place to work. They're authentic, trustworthy, transparent, fun and most of all extremely talented. All of these qualities have created such an amazing culture. The product is super innovative and certainly needed in the industry. I'm very proud to work here.

      Cons

      I don't feel there are any cons. I'm sure our culture isn't for everyone, but I'm glad I get to be a part of it. As a growing company things change as we evolve. It's super important that you are comfortable with that!

      An Exciting Pace

      Pros

      It's a small, talented team. Being small with enormous ambition, the company has whittled down the unproductive work to an absolute minimum but everyone is smiling. I love the creativity, the enthusiasm, the pace, and the pride in work that everyone takes. I also love the balance of skills in the company. There are technical experts, intelligence at the business and sales side, and strategic minds directing our currents in positive directions. No person could feel unimportant here.

      Cons

      The passion within the team is contagious. Keeping life balances could get lost because a lot of our staff finds this fun. We'll have to keep an eye on it.

      I love working here. The culture is great, the work is challenging and the people are all awesome.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to keep up with everything we release. However, If you feel behind you can ask anyone for help to get you back up to speed.
