I have been working at Flight Centre Travel Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Encourage their employees to travel Great experience to learn to run your own business. You meet a lot of great like minded people. Incentive trips for sales

    Cons

The core values that is the base of Flight Centre's philosophies are no more and haven't been for awhile. Number one is supposed to be "Our People." Thank you for sharing some of your experiences working with us at Flight Centre. The Travel Consultant role at Flight Centre is, in fact, a sales and target driven position with performance-based pay. Working toward those goals on a fast-paced environment is not something that everyone will enjoy, and we're sad to know that was the case for you. Thank you for your feedback. We wish you all the best on your future projects.
