Pros

Working with cattle. Some great co-workers (mostly non-management).

Cons

Horrible hours. No time and a half. Promotions mean paycuts. Sexual harassment and the company provides no training to mitigate it. Some of the workers are married to each other and will use other employees as scapegoats to preserve their position and paycheck.

Pros

Great people and the work is meaningful.

Cons

It’s production agriculture. Outside everyday, doing what needs to be done. If you don’t mind this. It isn’t a con.
