Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Fidelity International full-time for more than a year
Pros
The pension and health benefits are very good. Hours are very reasonable too.
Cons
Salary is poor. Work is mundane with little ambition shown around the company. Recognition for taking on responsibility isn't given. Mid and senior management aren't interested in improving the company, they are just interested in protecting themselves while doing the minimum. No innovation or enthusiasm to trying to improve the business, more often than not your requests will be ignored with no consequences. You won't learn much working here.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Fidelity International full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Job security, free transport, lunch, good work life balance in few projects.
Cons
Although fidelity is trying to change itself it is still stuck in a lot of red tape processes which slow the projects down. Some of the senior management and middle management are stuck in old ways where they will be not easily accessible to everyone.

Pros
Nice offices. Some decent team members
Cons
Senior management seemed to be in state of constant self preservation due to the high frequency of redundancies. This impacted team members as little thought was put to their careers and caused poor morale. Senior management operated in cliques and promoted their friends regardless of merit.

Pros
Transportation Meals Nothing Nothing Nothing
Cons
Biased Management and Senior Management,Slow growth or No growth is the right word. Tenured employees fool managers and give false feedbacks about new hires and managers make their perception and don't consider new hires for rewards or recognitions and and their promotions are also delayed upto 3 years whereas the eligibility for promotions is 1.5 years.

Pros
They are high pay master and they provide other facilities as well like food quality is good and transport facility is good as one can easily get a cab anytime.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Fidelity International full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Good work life balance but it's about the only good thing. The Kingswood office is very green. Great people to work with but they all leave soon!
Cons
Have worked for Fidelity for 6+ years(not sure how i survived!!). Have not once felt that the senior management value the employees as much. There is no career development, managers don't encourage to cross train and learn anything new. The experience u get is very siloed and you end up very boxed in the roles. There are a lot of redundancies going on as well. The communication to the employees about company plans is close to nothing. Don't even start me on the salaries. For the same work in the city, found 20k+ increase in salary. That's how bad they are They only care about their business and nothing else.
