    I have been working at Fidelity International full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    A private company who treats its employees as share holders. A firm who really believes their employees worth. Their benefits are the best.

    Cons

    HR is too involved in compensation, share allotments and pricing of the shares. HR doesn’t share their annual studies for compensation they simple refer that they do it.
