      Pros

Benefits are awesome, my boss (supervisor) is a great guy and truly looks out for our best interests and is very understanding. All my coworkers are great since they’re kind of picky who they hire. Most of the guys that work from our office full time have been with FG for a long time and I saw that as a good sign! Good long hours in the winter time, lots of OT. Summer time, there is plenty to do to get a full 40hrs. Trucks are all in great shape and they don’t spare any expense making sure they’re ready to roll!

      Cons

Limited room for advancement Whoever plans our routes, you suck. SOMETIMES I get the “good ol’ boy system” vibe from time to time, but that’s to be expected with the length of time people stay here. Office make errors sometimes. Cylinder route driver could definitely use some help.

      Pros

Good benefits and a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

Management doesn't acknowledge good work, always points out the negative. Raises aren't sufficient. No room for advancement.
