A Great Place to Work, Learn and Grow

    Pros

Fairtax is full of knowledgeable people with leadership that actively promotes a positive work environment. A real benefit of working for this company is the friendliness of the average employee which makes the optional company lunches a lot of fun. The company has a culture of promoting from within and because of this the management seems to really prioritize training and supporting younger employees. The Director of Operations in particular is outstanding and goes out of her way to provide guidance to new employees. Overall I've had a great experience at Fairtax and would highly recommend working here.

    Cons

No cons come to mind. I have nothing but praise.

    Pros

No pros of working for a crappy firm like fair tax.

    Cons

No training and horrible manager. Everyone should avoid working for this company. They will fire employees for no reason without any warning.

A great place to start and grow your career

    Pros

My first experience working for Fairtax was as a university coop student. I was treated with respect and given a high level of responsibility early on. My mentors and colleagues supported my learning curve and directly influenced my success. I am now a graduate and have been hired full time at Fairtax. This company is growing every day and I feel that I am growing with it. Projects are high profile with an impressive list of clients. The new office renovation is super modern and functional.

    Cons

Few if any. Perhaps more snacks?

    Pros

employees are decent enough - although revolving door here so don't get attached to anyone Nice office good coffee

    Cons

Can't trust what management says - they will tell you that you are doing a good job and then fire people with no warning Most employees last less than 1 year, lots of turnover, morale is horrible

    A great place to work

    Pros

A gender friendly work place. Company training for most positions. Professional development and a competitive work environment that allows for bonuses on top of pay.

    Cons

The health benefits package was only ordinary and needed improvement. However it was helpful to have the benefit available. Many entry level positions are sales related and pay reasonabley well, but could be better.

DO NOT work for this AWFUL company!

    Pros

Absolutely none. I don't want to see anyone making a mistake working here.

    Cons

There are so many cons to name. I have never worked for an awful company like Fairtax in my whole life. They do not provide necessary training in order for you excel in the workplace to enhance performance and knowledge. Large employee turnover. They make promises that they never commit to, management is money-hungry and does not compensate employees as they deserve (company hires and takes advantages of newly graduated/entry level employees and pays them under living wage). Also, Fairtax does not pay you for overtime hours, though expects you to work overtime hours on projects that will financially benefit the company. Its very disappointing working for a company that does not in its least care about their employees.
