I worked at Facebook for less than a year

    Pros

Open environment: You can know what other members are doing and join their meetings. Good documentation: This is very important when you start from zero. They have good document classifications to find whatever meeting records or previous decision reports. Free food: free food!

    Cons

It is not a cubicle office so you don't have any separation between your neighbors.

I have been working at Facebook full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You get to work with the smartest people, the best tools and the most amount of data whilst influencing billions of people. Also the perks like free food and travel are pretty good!

    Cons

It's so fast pace that it's always intense, the documentation gets left behind and there's a focus on getting things done reasonably well but not always perfectly

I worked at Facebook for less than a year

    Pros

    - Great experience to break into program/product management - There is ample opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams and lead a project - Communication, execution, and initiative are important components of the role - Free food, micro-kitchens filled with snacks, and benefits you couldn't believe are all apart of the experience

    Cons

    - You may gain 15lbs from free food - FB Infra can be a bit of a snooze in terms of allure and interest. This can be good if you love networking, data, and infrastructure - Leadership in Infra can be very hands off and cold.
