Pros
There are small perks given such as getting a nice hotel when traveling, coffee, etc. Team is nice in most instances
Cons
Long hours if you're staffed on the wrong project with little to no appreciation for any time worked extra. Billing structure incentives the work product to either be slow or to ignore 'non-billable' items that eventually may generate future work.

Pros

Pros
Great starting point for young professionals looking to get into consulting. There can be travel and longer hours but overall the work life balance is a plus.
Cons
Underpaid compared to peers in the industry. Opportunities for growth/advancement/work depend way too much on employees directly above you and their ability to bring in work.
