      Pros

FCB Health is a top ad agency to work for in the pharma field. The culture is uplifting and diverse, the people are great, and the benefits are unmatched. Unlimited PTO, numerous holidays observed, and recognition of work/life balance is very nice. Also, they value their employees and offer competitive pay.

      Cons

Every team is different, so while one experience might be great, I have heard of some teams who's work/life balance is not as good.

      Pros

I can't think of any positive thing about working there

      Cons

Most of senior management doesn't know what they are doing VPs refuse to admit mistakes, and will lie and dig in heels to not admit it Was moved off an account for calling out fraud Constantly say we are a "family" to justify overwork and under pay If you are a favorite its a rise to the top without any work, and if upper management doesn't like you they will find a reason to get rid of you. The rest of us in the middle are ignored Terrible work life balance

Nice office but that’s about it.

      Cons

Senior leadership is mean and plays favoritism. No work life balance.

Great benefits, great company, but little work/life balance

      Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive. Female CEO who is great, admirable and understanding of societal pressures outside of work and does what she can to promote a better company experience. Talented creative department and knowledgeable people. Adopting a flexible remote work policy post-pandemic. Extremely stable through pandemic, as well as growth opportunities through "Proactive career management."

      Cons

Disclaimer: Experience may vary from team to team. Little work/life balance. Regular late night and weekend work. Environment does not champion employees to feel confident in setting boundaries (both personal, and with unreasonable client expectations). Opportunities exist to move around within organization, but little assistance from HR in the process. Unlimited time off, but workload can be so heavy at times can be more of a struggle to prepare for time off. Remote work has created an "always on" mentality. Few networking opportunities. Heavy reliance on middle management.

      Pros

Good work/life balance, very understanding team

      Cons

The work/life balance varies from team to team, so it's hard to tell what you are gonna get. The work itself is really boring 98% of the time.
