      Pros

Good benefits. Decent management. Good work environment

      Cons

Constant change (multiple at the same time), big on offshoring jobs. Demands loyalty beyond working hours. There is definitely a glass ceiling. If you are not recruited to work for them right out of college, good luck moving up.

      Pros

Employees are given the autonomy to complete one's work. Good benefits. Excellent salary. Very professional co-workers

      Cons

Ranking system to evaluate employees are very subjective, based on relative ranking. Workers are compared to other workers, solely based on your manager's representation of your perceived performance. Annual salary treatment is based on where you stand against others through this relative ranking.

      Pros

good benefits, good coworkers, good work/life balance but pay left a bit to be desired. Company looks good on a resume

      Cons

raises depend on a system that pits you against all your coworkers and isn't dependent on how well you can do your job. at the end, job ended up being mostly password resets / printer setups.

      Pros

      - A large and diverse company that offers many career options - Excellent career development program - Good benefits - Well managed company with excellent employees

      Cons

      - The forced ranking system is abusive to its employees (gets worse the longer you work there) - Very demanding work environment, which makes it difficult to achieve a healthy work/life balance - Too many processes and associated sign offs (hard to get your day-to-day work done)
