Some bosses are not as great, not sure how they were promoted Company negotiated new CBA only to use it to force a lot of workers into pay cuts by not giving workers the information (phony union also to blame for this) Layoffs for newer workers come winter Many good managers/coworkers left when pay cuts were forced
