      - not much growth - management is not supportive of needs - no steady business development - work can get redundant - big divide between developers and client services

      Pros

      They offer relocation. They have a decent office with nice equipment. They are striving for good standards. This could be a decent company for entry-level people wanting to build experience.

      Cons

      The company is very dysfunctional and has major growing pains . Management says one thing and does another. The offshore developers don't care about much more than their paycheck. The director and managers don't care about much more than their paycheck. The owners don't care about the growing pains; and are only in business to make a profit. 2 employees had difficulty getting their last paycheck
