Pros

Not so many Pros, the only thing is that you get a lowest EU standard salary for Non-EU citizen, the office building is fine, has a kitchen and a big land, parking is OK if you have a car.

Cons

I was terminated after 3 days sick leave by receiving reasons like bad performance, not dedicated to work, not willing to work longer, while they could have terminated me long ago if all these were true. Also you will be expected to be obedience without doubts, whole company is quite bureaucratic style. You will find more cons than pros if you decide to go.

Pros

There are none to talk about

Cons

Company has no structure, top stakeholders don't care about clients or its customers. The direction the company takes changes everyday with really poor decisions being made at the top. I spent the first half of my time hiring people and then the second half firing them because the company had no idea what it was doing. Was told constantly that the company was changing its direction, what that means is they put their finger in the air and then select a new strategy based on the wind! I was sworn at by my manager, they treat staff like rubbish. You are a disposal asset at anytime. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! Trust me

Pros

A few friendly people

Cons

As someone who worked here for a few years please heed my warning. You DONT want to be part of this ridiculous company. If you're interviewing at the moment, be warned, you will be sold a lie. Dont let the salary push you to make a decision you will regret. Keep interviewing, there are better options than here. Please read about Alpari and what happened with that company. Watch the youtube videos and see the "propaganda" spewed to counter the truth. Notice the fake videos? This is the same owner, same mentality. You need to ask yourself why a company would have registered addresses in offshore countries. Why not just use the Cyprus address. (is it for tax reasons?) When companies start using offshore entities, you need to ask yourself what the company is hiding. Why the company is present in countries where forex trading is illegal. Yes that happens with other brokers as well. The entire industry is shady hence the heavy regulations. Why they get rid of people who ask too many questions. Why are fake reviews the norm...yes the company writes fake reviews everywhere, even here!! Not only that, if you do join, you will be joining an extremely toxic environment. Remember this is a Russian owned company, now imagine how a Russian owned company would be run. Brown nosing, politicking and fear runs rampant here and its the only way to get ahead. Staff are scared to speak up and if they do, they get fired. Turnover is extremely high with leavers weekly. People who have worked here for many years have sadly gotten indoctrinated. They think its a normal working environment. The benefits are a joke at best and are not worth mentioning. Management make stupid decisions which have no regard to the morale of employees. Remember you are easily replaceable. New joiners always think they can change the business but like clockwork you see the life fade from them when they realise there is no changing this business. There is a set mentality and you will not change it. The biggest mistake of my career was joining this company. The only silver lining is I learnt from a few good people. On a final note, the authorities will probably look into the dealings of the company so be warned. You dont want to be part of the storm that will come. If you're still on the fence, maybe you should message past employees on linkedin for another view. Good luck
