A very good company with good facilities. Management by values, no work for goals. Care for employee benefits. Very fast growing and international expansion.
Cons
Limited possibilities to improve. Limited and a little low salaries . In some cases, lack of internal communication, but the company wants to improve this.

Pros
Good work environment and excellent tools and facilities. The promotion of measures in favour of conciliating family and work life are really important at the company.
Cons
We don't know the steps to follow to keep growing about professional development. Once you are aware you have reached the best at your work positions, you have to move out of Eurofirms to keep developing and afront new professionals challenges. Finally we all are looking for improve our value as professionals.
