      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of collaboration. Good people, talented and mostly no big egos. Last year at was 2008 - drop down box was not working when doing this, only allowed 2012 selection.

      Cons

      economy caused it to downsize, they cut some of the best staff first and lost excellent people in the first and second rounds of cuts.

      - Some cool people (but no more than other agencies) - Employee training can be helpful - In office gatherings (summer BBQs, monthly group birthday celebrations) occasionally relieve the stress - Correcting the horrible work/life balance is on the radar for leadership

      Cons

      - Antiquated workflow - no electronic approvals/routing - Everyone above VP seems dedicated to Yes-ing clients at the expense of their employees, while spending all their time on pitches and "internal fluff that will never see the light of day" as someone else here put it - Horrendous hours - Many account execs have no idea about how to estimate and set expectations on digital projects
