    I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Competitive in the marketplace in terms of salary. Modernized office geared towards collaboration.

    Cons

Work-life balance is lacking. Micro management can be a little difficult to deal with at times Benefits in Canada are only sufficient due to the fact that the employee base is small (approx 500 employees Canada-wide). Office is not stocked; have to buy your own supplies
