I loved the pay, the travel and the flexibility of working 2 jobs. The team in Arizona ECS were great and I never had a problem with long distance communications. 2015 was a very busy season and I put in many full time hours in a short amount of time, the rest of the season were more like part time hours per week.
Cons
You may work many hours for 3 months straight and then have no work in a single month. We were not paid for 4 hours video training (paid only for HR training over phone).

Great preliminary staff and management.

Things went downhill when Healthport bought them out. Major changes occurred -- lots of people were terminated under the guise of a temp contract when previously promised a perm hire with the change.

This company is great for those who want a job in the medical field. It is a great introduction to medical records review. Great leadership and training provided.

This company only deals with clients during a limited time frame. There are very guaranteed appointments and often times the ones that are booked get cancelled.

When There's No Work, There's No Work. Some of the areas I had to go to were very far. Little training on the computer. Had to lug a gigantic suitcase around about 65 pounds
