    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Encana full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great pay, vacation allowance based on age not experience , 1st & 3rd Friday’s off, free coffee, private offices (not cubes), $25,000 per year in matched charitable donations.

    Cons

Downhill slide in company support to community, company split (split off of Cenovous) was a bad move... but some executives got rich, to many Directors and Managers, Business Units unfairly completed against each other. Selling off of Canadian Fee Lands was a sign that the New CEO focused on moving company to USA from his first day.
