Wfh was here. A new system was provided.

Cons

No appreciation. Work assigned but after done credit goes to your team lead. Expect to work on holidays but no comp off. No salary hikes. Hr will tell you we will do increment on performance once your work is done or you complete 1 year and ask for appraisal they will tell you we dont have budget and we are laying off and Force you to resign. Work life balance is not there anytime call and meet without any prior notice. Expect no bugs from developer and whole app should be 100% tested. If testing found a bug and raise a ticket, they make you fell like their whole business is dependent on that one bug.

I would like to share some honest feedback based on my personal experience with Gozing Technology Pvt. Ltd. (Zingbus). First of all, I would request people to carefully consider their decision before booking services or applying for jobs here. From my experience, the internal work environment can be extremely stressful for many employees. There appears to be a noticeable level of favoritism within the system. If someone has internal connections or relatives within the organization, they often seem to have more security. However, for many other employees, even consistent hard work does not always receive fair recognition. From a customer service perspective, there are also challenges. In several situations, executives are unable to assist customers with refund-related requests even when they genuinely want to help. Many times, this happens because employees themselves are working under strong internal pressure and strict policies. As a result, customers sometimes face difficulties despite the efforts of frontline staff. I would also like to respectfully request the management of Gozing Technology Pvt. Ltd. (Zingbus) to review the leadership and evaluation processes, especially at the QA and AM levels. If these areas are not improved, it will be difficult for chat or voice support teams to enhance service quality. Excessive pressure, including fear of termination, creates an environment where employees work under constant stress. In many cases, employees do not leave entirely by choice but feel compelled to resign due to the pressure. My intention in sharing this is not to target any individual but to highlight concerns that may help the organization improve its internal processes and customer experience. Constructive feedback, when taken positively, can help any organization grow stronger and build a better environment for both employees and customers.

High and constant work pressure on frontline employees, which often affects mental well-being and productivity. Fear-based work culture, where employees sometimes feel insecure about job stability. Perceived favoritism in the workplace, where employees with internal connections appear to receive more protection or preference. Limited empowerment for customer support executives, especially regarding refund-related cases, which creates frustration for both customers and employees. Strict and sometimes unclear QA evaluation process, where employees may not always receive constructive feedback for improvement. Lack of open communication, as questioning feedback or evaluation decisions can sometimes create tension instead of constructive discussion. Pressure-driven resignations, where some employees feel compelled to leave due to the work environment rather than personal choice. Work environment that can discourage transparency, making it difficult for employees to openly raise concerns.
