Pros
There is a really strong sense of community at Noticed. Everyone is friendly, talented, and truly cares about the growth of their coworkers and the company as a whole. Good work is rewarded with bonuses and biannual raises, and there are tons of great perks and benefits to working at the company. The leadership team is receptive to feedback, and is always making strides that benefit the growth of the company. I really have never been apart of a more encouraging work environment and would absolutely recommend this work place to anyone who may be looking into a job with Noticed.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to say about Noticed, they were extremely good to me as a full-time employee and the only reason I am not currently with them full-time has to do with family life.
