      Pros

      compensation is pretty good for the most part. pretty laid back; not too many people on your back. nice location in the heart of greek town.

      Cons

      just a very unfair company. It is very unorganized and inconsistent. I wanted to have part of the company until I realized that the company did not care about productivity like they claimed and all the hard work I put in was in vein.

      CEO is one of those people who will always see it through. In an industry that is constantly evolving, It takes a steady hand and keen insight towards the future.
