      Lot to learn. Great environment and good working culture. One can learn a lot in very small time. Overall development of an individual.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work load is too much and stress level increases and the pay is not at par with the amount of work done.

      Benefits and modest annual salary increases make the employee feel appreciated and knowing there is a fixed budget allows project growth most of the time.

      Cons

      Slow growth and difficult for advancement unless political climate is condusive for change. Many employees can make it difficult to stand out.
