Toxic environment - Support Worker itel Employee Review

During my experience with this company, I found the workplace culture to be discouraging and unhealthy. The floor management team often created an atmosphere where favoritism was clear, management brought their family members and friends on the campaign they are on and certain employees received opportunities or consideration that others did not. Feedback from management was frequently delivered in a way that felt dismissive or disrespectful, which made it difficult to stay motivated and engaged. Concerns brought forward were not meaningfully addressed, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. A company’s leadership sets the tone for its culture, and in this case, the tone too often left staff stressed and demoralized. Without significant changes in management approach and employee support, this workplace is not one I can recommend to those seeking a fair, respectful, and professional environment.
