      The culture at iRobot is awesome, they care about their employees and make strong efforts to accomodate the needs and interests of the employees.

      I don't have many cons to include about working at iRobot, everyone there is great and the products are cool.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
