Pros
I am relatively new at iKey but everything has been great so far. It's a small company so you have to be ready to learn as you go, but I also received good training from management and support from my co-workers. Most of my co-workers have been here a long time and have so much experience they're always happy to share with me. I haven't worked in a place before where everyone is so committed and really wants to be here. I saw a couple bad reviews on Glassdoor when I applied here, but I'm glad I didn't listen to them because that isn't what I've seen here at all. I've only been here a few months but I've already been given more responsibility. I can definitely see myself staying here for a long time.
Cons
It's a small company, so it's not a place where you can do the minimum amount and just get by. But if you like to work hard you'll really be given the chance to grow professionally.
