Positive, upbeat, encouraging Management team

Some growing pains which is a good problen to have and they are constantly looking for ways to grow better

Each team member puts in so much effort to develop their skills and save the day pouring into their projects. The family type culture breeds healthy and fun relationships where the team wants to be there for a company dinner or Pay Day lunch to continue developing relationships with one another. They mourn when a member of the team mourns and cheers in many celebrations of success. Education continues to drive the development of the company, offering mentors, classes, and constructive criticism across all of the departments.

The company grows so quickly, finding more top talent professionals as quickly makes for some responsibility "hats" to be worn while executives and/or Directors sort out applicants and interviews. While the company has a huge office space and numerous conference areas and personal work spaces, many of the team decided to continue to work remotely when the optional opening after pandemic days.
