      Pros

      The company is on a very good path, always pushing hard to get things done in the most effective way, focusing on results, analyzing each and every effort to maximize it. It relies on a very smart and talented team working effectively together despite the various geographies.

      Cons

      Only wish we could get more done in a day. So many fun ideas, too little time to implement...

      Great framework for portal and portlet based on Java Core base framework used in JBOSS Portal 6x Great environment for developer in the R&D Very ease of use for the user or admin Cloud and social arability Easy to integrated with any DBs, other micro service

      Cons

      The slowly trending upgrade for tech The ui/ux is still not for great of choice JS core base for Frontend slowly move to jquery when all the frontend framework is used in mass

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for with great compensation plan incentives and culture in the company is very driven and focused but also relaxed with holidays and downtime- a great experience!

      Cons

      I don't have any con's for the company except maybe better salesforce leads
