I worked in this company for 1 year and 9 months. It was a good experience. The staff is good, cooperative and always ready to collaborate. The management supports creativity and innovation. You have all the independence in the world to explore and implement the creativity. The company is still in startup mode so need employees who can shoulder the responsibilities. The company’s overall mood is jovial and composed. The work pressure is moderate but sometimes extensive as well. The management awards the employees adequately so overall employee satisfaction is good.
