Pros
deVere are an unorthodox company, for the correct reasons. This is made clear to you from the very beginning, and the opportunities that are within the company are unparalleled to any other employer. Great culture, great training and great people. If you are looking to test yourself and to be successful, then deVere most certainly give you that opportunity.
Cons
This isn't an easy role. Also the role isn't for everybody. There appears to be many negative reviews from people who do not appear right for the role. That is a shame, as you are told exactly what is required of you from day one. I see deVere as like pushing a car. It is hard to start, but once moving, momentum takes over and leads you to where you want to be. However you still need to keep pushing the entire way.
