      Close to home, that's all.

      Cons

      Awful working environment, arassing staff, low salaries. Manager stress new employee with enormous workload, extras hours not paid, they push you to quit so they hire younger staff at lower salaries. Low work quality, they are never competitive at international scale.

      Interesting and cutting-edge work on environmental issues in Latin America and the Caribbean. Opportunity to interact with knowledgeable and committed people working on the protection of the environment.

      Cons

      The office is rather small for the size of the staff and the volume of work, especially considering that the environmental challenges are considerable in magnitude.

      Busy restaurant with good buzz & generally satisfied and appreciative diners. Fab food & free on shift. Good team vibe from servers up to senior management. Transparent & fair tips policy.
