Pros

Actually speaking there is none

Cons

The Hr will negotiate hard. Office will be in the middle of a traffic junction. they only have 1 bathroom, so expect a queue. Micromanagement. Politics. Being straight is considered being rude. Regionalism, bengali dominated. Strict 5 day Office with strict timings(if you punch out <9hrs you'll lose a leave). Outdated tech. CEO will meddle in your work and appraisal.

Pros

This is not the kind of place where you sit quietly in a corner doing the same task every day. You get to take charge, experiment, and see the results of your work out in the market. Leadership is easy to reach and actually listens, which means ideas don’t just stay in meetings—they often turn into real products. If you want to be part of a company that is serving Young India with fresh financial solutions and building products truly made in India, this is the right place.

Cons

The pace can be intense, not for those who prefer routine work. Processes are still a work in progress, which can sometimes feel like changing tyres of a moving car. Priorities can shift quickly, and adapting to that requires flexibility. But if you enjoy solving problems in such an environment, you will find the work very engaging.
