Gets the best out of you and allows you freedom. - Friendly and supportive managers - Competetive pay - Was slow paced work culture earlier, now accelerating to be agile - Stable company if you are looking for long term career - Management is transparent to employees

- Was more of a Healthcare domain focused company eventhough there are other domains it's still lean. But if you are not domain concerned it's okay. - Overall decision making could be made fast
