Culture and companies mission. The people who work here are driven, caring, and are always looking out for the other departments. If operations struggles, engineering will find every which way to help alleviate that stress. If engineering doesn't quite understand what is going on, operations will set time aside and walk them every and all pain points to resolve said issues. Yerdle takes into account inclusivity and willingness to learn. They push the envelope to allow for people who are willing to learn and excel to take that time to get up to speed and excel in their field.
Cons
Clarity of roles. Just like many start ups.
Advice to Management
Having a pipeline for role enhancement (see where roles can potentially head towards) and a road map for future hiring.

I have been working at Yerdle full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Yerdle has the best engineering team I've ever worked with. In addition to the engineering team, the entire staff is hard working, friendly, and smart. Yerdle really cares about culture and takes the time to appreciate everyone; not by handing out t-shirts or schwag, but by actually telling you that you are appreciated. Awesome folks! The business model is solid and the leadership is fantastic. The future is bright.
Cons
There are no cons really other than the usual small company pains such as managing growth and everyone being mission critical in their roles.
