Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO
I have been working at Yerdle (Less than a year)
Pros
wage was good compared to similar jobs
Cons
Shady reasons for firing me, including the manager straight-up saying it's because I have a disability. no feedback on performance, unclear expectations

Recommends
Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO
I have been working at Yerdle full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
- Great collaborative culture. - Everyone communicates really openly and effectively. - The new business model (partnering with big brands to sell their returns through a white label service) is smart and truly disrupting the retail space. - Mission driven - reducing waste. - Fierce commitment to executing as a team. - People produce good quality work. - Management is compassionate and committed to employees. - Small, agile team that can execute quickly. - Lunch 2X a week.
Cons
- Warehouse environment (doesn't bother me but could be a culture shock if you're not used to it). - Team is small (again just depends on your preference, growing quickly). - Office is not in SF proper, but commute is manageable.
Advice to Management
Keep it up--you motivate the team really well and continued transparency is appreciated.
Make sure all teams have the resources they need to be successful--check in with them on this frequently.
